Where in Las Vegas do you train your clients?
I train my clients out of a personal training studio on the west side of Las Vegas. The studio has all types of free weights, machine weights, and cardio-vascular equipment. It is only open to clients working with a personal trainer. I feel that training my clients in a private facility truly defines the term “Personal Trainer”

Do I need to join the studio / gym to train with you?
No, there is no membership fee to the studio. The only thing someone pays for is the personal training. This is a major incentive for many clients, because to work with a trainer at one of the big gyms or clubs in town you have to sign up for a membership along with the personal training fees.

What are your credentials?
I have my Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Concordia University in River Forest, Illinois. I am also a certified personal trainer through the International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA). I have been a certified personal trainer since may of 1998 and have been personal training since that time as well. Although I believe a certification as a personal trainer does not mean much; I still have it for legal purposes and to be able to say that I am certified. Most people who don’t know much about fitness believe that being a certified personal trainer means a lot, even though it doesn’t, so that is one of the main reasons as to why I stay certified. I am also currently working towards pursuing my Masters degree in Exercise Physiology.

How often do you recommend I work out a week?
I recommend weight training 3 to 4 times a week. If the weight training is 3 times a week, I usually recommend 1-hour workouts and if the weight training is 4 times a week, i Usually recommend 45-minute workouts. I also recommend cardiovascular exercise anywhere from 2 to 4 times a week for 20 to 30 minutes.

How long will it take for me to get in the shape I want to be in?
That depends. It depends on a lot of different variables such as genetics, goals, fitness level, and most important… how hard you want to work! The more dedicated a client is, the quicker and better the results will be. This means dedication to all aspects of fitness, including weight training, cardiovascular exercise, and perhaps most important… nutrition. I cover all aspects of fitness in my personal training programs and can deliver whatever results one is looking for as long as they follow by the guidlines and principles I lay out for them. I have helped people make amazing body transformations in as short as 3 months and other people it may take 6 months, a year, or maybe longer.

What type of clientele do you have?
I have a wide variety of clients. My clientele varies from 10 year old childred to 70 year old grandma’s and grandpa’s. My clientele varies from doctors and lawyers to housewives and show girls. I have clients who have never exercised before in their life and I have clients who are atheletes looking to excel in their specific sport. I have clients who are just looking for general fitness and do not want to be pushed too hard. I also have clients who want me to push them hard and to really motivate them because they want to get in the best shape possible and make a huge body transformation. So basically, my clientele is vary diverse. I work with people no matter what their goals or fitness level.
